  • The project included total of 47 bridges – 2 major, 9 minor, 31 culverts, 3 VUPs & 2 ROBs.

Project Details

  • Turbhe Flyover is an important link on Mumbai-Pune Highway.
  • It was partially commissioned in 1994 and was fully commissioned in 1994.
  • The flyover consists of 59 spans; out of which 4 obligatory spans over the railway line are PSC girders and the rest of the 55 spans are RCC box girders.
  • Structwel carried out the Structural Audit including Non-destructive Testing of all the components of the super structure including the girders, deck slab with bituminous wearing coat, crash guard, expansion joints and bearings.
