Project Details

  • CIDCO Bhavan is a G+7 storey structure which serves as a Headquarters to City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra and is in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
  • It is a RCC structure and was constructed in around 1982-83. It occupies total of 2,25,000 sq. ft. area.
  • Structwel was appointed to conduct Structural Audit of the entire building with special emphasis on the externals of the building.

  • This twin tower has two wings A & B. Each wing is a G+13 storey RCC framed structure. Each floor has 4 flats except for the 13th floor which has two duplex flats.
  • Structwel carried out the Structural Audit including Non-destructive testing and preparation of Cost Estimates along with Tendering.

  • St. Jude India Child Care Centre provides a home away from home for children undergoing cancer treatment.
  • They have constructed G+4 Storey RCC framed buildings having total built-up area of around 1351 sq. ft. to accommodate these children while they receive treatment in cities away from their homes.
  • The structure is 49 years old and was not in use for some years.
  • Structwel was appointed to conduct Structural audit of the structure with a view to transform the old residential structure to suit the new requirements.

  • This unique structure is a regional head office of ICICI Bank in BKC, Mumbai. It is a G+11 storey RCC structure constructed around 15 years ago.
  • The structure is divided in two blocks i.e., North Block and South Block.
  • Structwel was appointed to carry out Condition Assessment of Terrace areas to make them leak-proof above CMD’s office including lawns.

  • Hill Park Properties situated at Malabar Hill, Mumbai, comprises of 5 RCC buildings of G+5 storeys. All these buildings were constructed in around 1948.
  • The compound has Garages placed along the compound wall on front and right side of the plot. It also has a gymnasium room in one corner of the plot.
  • Structwel carried out the Structural Audit of the buildings along with the Gymnasium, Badminton Court and the Garage Area.

  • Gardens / lawns have been maintained over terraces above classrooms on west side of the structure on each floor starting from second floor.

  • Total 26 Buildings with 52 wings and 1388 tenements were built under the Mass Housing Scheme at Sangli & Miraj as a part of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
  • The buildings were constructed in the time span of 6 years starting from 2012 till 2018.
  • SMKC appointed Structwel to conduct Structural Audit at pre-occupancy stage to confirm as built structures as specified.
  • The assignment was carried out along with various Non-destructive testing and design review on sample basis.
