  • RIL refinery at Jamnagar, Gujarat is one of the largest refineries in the world.
  • Structwel was involved in conducting a structural audit for various plants of the refinery which include plants like R.T.F, CPP, OSBL, Hydrogen Plant, Polypropylene, Hydrotrester, Coker plant, Aromatics, Sulphur Plant, PP plant, Crude I & II and FCCU including PRU.

  • BPCL has a huge petrochemical plant in Mumbai with numerous allied structures in the compound.
  • Structwel was involved in conducting structural audits of 3 pump houses, 1 FCCU stack, Pipe racks,                      55 residential structures and 39 allied structures. Structwel also conducted Non-destructive testing of FCCU Control Room etc.

  • Coromandel International Ltd. is a Compound Fertiliser Factory in Chennai.
  • The Fertiliser Plant is a G+6 storey RCC structure and the approximate total area of the structure is 42,000 sq. ft.
  • Structwel was appointed to conduct Condition Health Assessment and structural design review of the Fertilizer Plant Complex at Ennore Plant site in Chennai.
  • The scope also included carrying out certain Non-destructive Testing & Tendering.

  • Structwel was involved in conducting a structural audit; thereby, identifying distresses, proposing the required repairs, estimating the repairs cost and tendering.

  • Tata Power is a Thermal Power plant having units from 1 to 8 situated at Trombay, Mumbai.
  • Structwel’s services were engaged for carrying out Condition Assessment of RCC & Steel structures including Chimneys, Turbo Generator, Foundations, Plant Buildings, Steel structures hoisting conveyors with total length of around 4 km.
  • The assignment was carried out on recurring basis for the time span from 1995 to 2014.

  • The Koyna Hydroelectric Project is the largest completed hydroelectric power plant in India. It is a complex project with four dams including the largest dam on the Koyna River, Maharashtra.
  • Structwel was hired to carry out Condition Assessment of Dam Foot Powerhouse, Turbo Generator Foundation, Draft Tube Gate Structure, Intake Gate Structure near Penstock & Tail Race Tunnel.
  • The assignment also included Non-destructive Testing & Proposal of Remedial Measures with block budgetary cost.
